SHIPPING COST

AED 35 and FREE SHIPPING on orders above AED 1,000!

    WHERE WE SHIP

    We ship throughout the United Arab Emirates only. We are not shipping to PO Boxes and forwarding addresses, and a UAE delivery address, contact and UAE mobile phone number need to be presented.

    DELIVERY TIMES

    We usually ship out orders from Monday to Thursday within 24 hours and shipments typically arrive in 1-2 business days. Please note that we don't ship Friday to Sunday, delays or differences in delivery may occur due to shipping courier delay, unforeseeable events or extreme weather.

    SHIPMENT TRACKING

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email that contains all details regarding your shipment including tracking number.

    UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

    You are responsible to be available at the provided delivery address. In the case that the shipping company can not deliver the shipment after several unsuccessful attempts, it will be shipped back to us and we will process a store refund. In this case the shipping costs will be on you, even if free shipping applied for the order.

    ORDER VERIFICATION

    All orders are subject to the courier company’s order verification policy (a signature might be required), failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.

    PO BOXES & FORWARDING ADDRESSES

    We don‘t ship to PO Boxes and forwarding addresses. Please email us at orders@titandiveshop.com for confirmation before placing an order to make sure it will reach you.

    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock, we will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

    SPECIAL ORDERS

    Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced at orders@titandiveshop.com for expected delivery time.

    CANCELED ORDERS

    If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
